Founder and CEO of Beijing MAGA Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University, where he was a postdoctoral researcher. He has received honours such as Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation from the Chinese Information Society of China, the Best Short Paper in ACM SIGIR, and the Best Paper Award in AIRS; he has been a visiting student at the National University of Singapore, and the Waseda University of Japan; and he has served as a visiting researcher at Singapore's NExT Centre in Singapore. MAGA Intelligence is an industrial partner of Tsinghua University's Internet Justice Research Institute, applying the jointly developed LegalOne Legal Big Model to judicial practice.

The generative large-scale language modelling technology represented by ChatGPT has triggered a new wave of research and application in the field of artificial intelligence and information processing. Compared with traditional statistical language models, such models show significant advantages in semantic comprehension ability and professional knowledge reserve, and are widely believed to have a profound impact on the application of AI technology in professional fields such as justice.
