Introduction: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is important in the field of risk control, when anomalies are detected in the online business, quickly locating the cause of the anomaly (usually a system vulnerability or premeditated external fraud) can minimise losses. Traditional RCA analysis relies on manual investigation, which often takes hours of a risk control analyst's time. In this project, we try to combine LLM with Knowledge Graph to explore the feasibility of applying LLM to eBay's risk control RCA to achieve more efficient and accurate RCA analysis.
