Wei Wang, Director of the Open-Source Technology Committee at Singularity Intelligence Research Institute, Head of the Open-Source Governance Standards Group at the Electronic Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Secretary-General of the UN Advisory Committee on Open-Source Innovation, Professor at East China Normal University, and Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He led the development of China’s first set of open-source governance standards, with research focused on open-source governance and evaluation. He has published over 100 papers in top-tier conferences and journals including ICSE, WWW, and ACL, and has been recognized with national-level innovation talent programs, a second prize in national teaching achievements, and the Special Prize for Shanghai Open-Source Innovation Excellence.
