Wu Zuxuan

Vice Dean of the Academy for Engineering and Technology at Fudan University.

Wu Zuxuan is a Researcher and Vice Dean of the Academy for Engineering and Technology at Fudan University, a Full-time Mentor at Shanghai Institute of Creative Intelligence, and Director of the Shanghai Video Technology and System Engineering Research Center. He has been selected for the National High-Level Young Talent Program. His research focuses on cutting-edge areas of artificial intelligence, including computer vision and deep learning. In recent years, he has published more than 70 full papers in top-tier international journals and conferences recognized by the China Computer Federation (CCF), including TPAMI, IJCV, CVPR, and NeurIPS. Several of his works have received positive recognition from renowned scholars, including Turing Award laureates, and his publications have been cited over 15,000 times on Google Scholar. He received the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award in 2023, the First Prize of the Ministry of Education Natural Science Award in 2022, and the AI 2000 Most Influential Scholar Award in the Multimedia field in 2022. He also serves on the editorial boards of leading international journals such as IEEE TPAMI and IEEE TIP, and as an Area Chair for major international conferences including CVPR and NeurIPS.
