Weicong Li works on the R&D of Qoder CLI, focusing on the system architecture and engineering implementation of AI Coding Agents. He leads the design of Qoder CLI’s tooling and permission governance systems, covering key areas including long-horizon task orchestration and Harness design, remote control pipelines, and permission management. He also explores the adoption of AI-Native DevOps tools throughout the full development lifecycle of Qoder CLI to improve engineering efficiency. His ongoing work focuses on the architectural evolution and performance optimization of Agent Harnesses, as well as exploring new possibilities for applying AI-Native tools to enhance productivity in production environments.

It also examines the co-evolution of harnesses and models through harness–model co-design, continuously improving harnesses and agents alongside model advancements to enable reliable execution and delivery in complex engineering environments. 2. Building AI Native Organizations Learn how the team uses QoderCLI to establish an efficient AI Native DevOps workflow, leveraging QoderCLI to test, fix, develop, and release itself. This self-sustaining development process enables daily releases. The talk also explores practical approaches to effective human–AI collaboration in AI Native organizations. 3. Empowering AI Native Businesses QoderCLI is a core agent in the Qoder product family, powering products including Qoder, QoderWork, QoderWake, and Cloud Agent. Through SDKs, ACP, and other interfaces, it offers scriptable, composable integration capabilities and supports deep customization of the entire harness. Already deployed across numerous business domains within and beyond Alibaba, QoderCLI is a mature AI Native agent foundation validated through real-world market adoption.
