Guomian Zhuang is the Head of R&D at MemTensor (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., where he leads the development of the MemOS memory operating system and agent products. He spearheads the development of long-term memory, retrieval-augmented capabilities, and cross-session knowledge retention for large language models and AI agents. The related systems have achieved industry-leading results on multiple memory evaluation benchmarks and have gained 11K+ GitHub stars since being open-sourced. He also leads the team in driving the commercialization of MemOS across industries including finance and manufacturing, establishing commercial partnerships with several leading securities firms in China and developing scalable, replicable industry solutions and delivery capabilities.
