Ph.D. in Intelligent Software Engineering from Zhejiang University. Currently a Senior Researcher on the CodeBuddy & WorkBuddy team at Tencent. He joined Tencent in 2023 through the Qingyun Program (formerly the Technology Expert Program). His current work focuses on Coding Agent model development, with a particular focus on RSI (Recursive Self-Improvement), aiming to enable models with continuous learning capabilities.
