Mr Jiang is currently the senior R&D director of Appen China, responsible for the research and development of Appen's next-generation data service platform. Lead the team to optimize the efficiency of global data collection/labeling/crowd-sourcing recruitment in a technology-driven way. Put forward the concept of “lean labeling” and promote the implementation of an architecture that quickly responds to customized collection and labeling requirements. Worked at eBay as a senior engineer in the search science department. Promoting the implementation of modern intelligent search engines, using data to drive search engine algorithm development, and improving the iterative speed and online effect of algorithm development. Developed search ranking algorithms and anti-fraud models based on deep learning, and successfully launched several models to drive tens of millions of dollars in GMV each year.
